Auburn tiger eyes shine blue
in our hearts we remember you

Recall the places you did stand
a good father, a good man

Sail into the great sunset
wondering where the years have went

We hope our caring did show through
though some of us you hardly knew

We're filled with sorrow, filled with grief
but at least now you've found relief

Leaving on a jet plane soon
time as come to say adieu

We loved you while you where here
and will always hold you dear

Now we lay you down to eternal rest
years will go by but we'll not miss you less
