Profile: | A former NFL lineman, Bearden started off as a street-tough loner who doesn't feel the need to play by the rules. He eventually made a deal with "Million Dollar" Stan Trump as part of a failed attempt to win the World Heavyweight Title. He came to regret the arrangement, especially when Trump expected Bearden to tangle with The Jolly Green Giant. Trump sought to punish Bearden, but Eddie found an ally in Porkchop Jones. Bearden was also put out of action by Bulk Logan shorty after Logan made questionable remarks about the possibility of Bearden becoming a champion. |

Blast started out in the Mid-Atlantic indys, but was soon snatched up WCWF who recognized him as prodigy. He's got all the tools inside the ropes any wrestler could ask for. If he can hone his personality and mic skills he should be one of the greatest wrestlers of all time. |

The team eventually split up, with Hale reliably All-American. In late 1985 he helped turn Cpl. Punishment face and teamed with him in a tournament for the tag titles. During that tournament, Hale was sprayed in the face with black mist by Hanoi Xan. This corrupted Hale resulting in him turning on Punishment at Royal Rumble '86 and subsequently aligning himself with Xan. Real World Analogy: | Salvatore Bellomo (loosely) and filling the role of Larry Zybysko (but Italian)
Profile: | Massimo immigrated with his family late in chilhood, and got into a lot of trouble as a teenager in New York's Little Italy that earned him his nickname ("Mean"). Not academicly inclined nor athletically gifted, what he did have was an incredible drive and work ethic (and a fierce pride in his Italian heritage). If not for wrestling, he might have ended up an enforcer for the Italian Mafia. Instead, inspired by Mario Mancini, Massimo worked hard to become a wrestler and made his way way up the card through the 1970s. Mancini became a mentor, both kayfabe and real life. Rumor has it he was going to turn on his mentor, setting up a huge main event for Showdown at Shea 1980. Plans changed due to The Ayatollah's Reign of Terror. Massimo got several World Title matches with The Ayatollah, but he could never quite manage to win. Although he remained popular in the northeast as heir to the Mancini legacy, Massimo because frustrated by his seemingly stalled career. In the fall of 1984, Massimo's frustration boiled over and he brutally attacked both Rick Samson and a referee after being DQ'd in a match for the TV Title. He subsequently cut a scathing promo about getting mean and being his own man instead of who other people want him to be. Since then Massimo has been a unique chaotic force in WCWF. He won the TV Title then tried to sell it to Stan Trump. Massimo attacked Mancini at an awards presentation then beat him at Wrestlemania I. Massimo took out Jimmy Blast at Fall Brawl '85 in a failed bid to gain the US Title that lead to attacks on other contenders for the title, and sometimes seemingly random wrestlers. At The Wrestling Classic, Massimo delivered "The Chairshot Heard 'Round The World" when he laid out The Jolly Green Giant. |

He had an impressive run in AWA teaming with Rocky Bockwinkel, who provided a eliquent partner to Stevens' cold viciousness. After the end of his third reign with Bockwinkel, Stevens jumped to WCWF where he formed a successful team with a young Johnny "Bloody" Valentine. Feeling the physical toll from many injuries and recognizing the trend toward larger wrestlers, "Crippler" Stevens retired in 1982 after a Hall-of-Fame-worthy career. |

Real World Analogy: | "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase
Profile: | A second-generation wrestler, Theodore Stanley Ironside's father died in the ring of a heart attack when Stan was 15. He took up wrestling after an injury ended his college sports career, originally wrestling as "Ted Ironside" in the Mid-South territory - a smiling face continuing his father's legacy. In 1980, he reinvented himself as a sleezy and egotistical businessman Stan Trump, modeled off real estate mogul Donald Trump. Donald's purchase of the USFL's New Jersey Generals brought him enough national attention that Stan got signed by WCWF. "Million Dollar Stan" is as dishonest and underhanded as they come. He's willing to cheat, steal, bribe, or manipulate anyone to further his own goals. While he likes to use other wrestlers as pawns against his rivals, Stan Trump is no pushover in the ring. Sooner or later he will acquire a championship - the only question is when and how (price is no object). After Randy Robinson finally ended The Ayatollah's Reign of Terror, the first thing Stan did was try to buy the belt! This lead to an on-and-off feud between the two for almost a year. In 1985, Trump bought the TV Title, only to have the sale voided by the WCWF Commissioner. Million Dollar Stan also spent most of that year fueding with The Jolly Green Giant, including placing a bounty on Jolly's head. Currently, Trump is on his own, but it's only a matter of time before he buys new allies. |
