Starrcade '85
Nov 28, 1985
The Omni, Atlanta, GA
broadcast on closed-circuit television and pay-per-view

The announcers run down tonight's card and speculate about who will face Bulk Logan tonight for the World Heavyweight Title. In the meantime, we have footage of the night's other mystery men of the night arriving earlier at the arena. Two sports cars pull up and out step two familiar-looking well-dressed young men. Each man then opens their passenger door and helps out young lady in an fancy dress. We saw them briefly early this year, but now Hell on Wheels are back!

Hell on Wheels (Hal Racer and Luke Racer) defeated The Southern Maulers (Texas Mauler and Missouri Mauler) when Hot Hal pinned Missouri with the Spinout in 0:10:23.
Rating: ** 3/4

No-Time-Limit-Triangle Match:
Chris Reese defeated B.A. Brakkas and Raymond Buck:
x Reese beat R-Buck via disqualification in 0:01:02
x Reese beat Brakkas via disqualification in 0:05:02
Rating: 1/2*
(Chris Reese won the WCWF TV Title.)

What a disaster! Buck accidentally took out the referee when Reese moved out the way. A second referee came out and called for a DQ. An irate Buck soon returned and tried to take out Reese with the Buckshot, but Reese ducked and Brakkas got leveled instead. All three men continued to fight, knocking down several officials who tried to break things up. Reese won on a technicality.

British Steel (Dreadnaut and Dynamite) defeated The Orient Express (Louis Dupre and Mehmet Suleiman) when Dreadnaut pinned Suleiman after the Rule Britannia in 0:06:02.
Rating: * 3/4
(British Steel won the WCWF Tag Team Titles.)

The Brits hit a big double leaping lariat to win the titles..

Rick Samson defeated Alpha Bravo by disqualification in 0:12:55.
Rating: 1/2*

Arguably the two strongest men in WCWF battled back and forth, testing their might against each other, but with Bravo using the occasional underhanded tactic. When the fight spilled outside, a frustrated Bravo choked Samson with an electrical cable, getting himself disqualified.

Bonesaw McGraw pinned Bruiser Barton with the Bonesaw Elbow in 0:19:15.
Rating: **** 1/4
(Bonesaw McGraw won the WCWF United States Title.)

Bulk Logan came out with the World Heavyweight Title and cuts an in-ring promo. Everybody's lips are sealed about who his opponent is tonight, but it doesn't matter. The Bulkster is the baddest dude and the smartest man with the biggest pythons. He's the greatest world champion ever, brother.

And then “Metal Health” by Quiet Riot plays, heralding the return of Randy "The Ram" Robinson! A terrified look comes across Logan's face. The announcers note that Logan won the title from Robinson at Wrestlemania, but this is their first rematch.

Randy Robinson pinned Bulk Logan with the Ram Jam in 0:05:35.
Rating: -*
(Randy Robinson won the WCWF World Heavyweight Title.)

Logan immediately tried to run away, but Robinson wouldn't let him.

War Games No-Time-Limit-No-Countout-No-DQ-Match:
Jimmy Blast, High Energy (Mark Gibson and Rob Dynamo), and Sol Salamanca defeated
Mean Massimo, Johnny Valentine, and The Butchers (Doug Rollins and Frank Richards)
when Blast made Dastardly Doug submit to a figure-four leglock in 0:22:14.
Rating: *** 1/4

Blast and Massimo were the last two in and had to be restrained from fighting several times before they entered the cage. Everyone bled. Things looked bad for the faces when Valentine got Dynamo in a figure-four and Massimo started delivering multiple Mean Machines to his trapped opponent. Dynamo was saved by his tag partner, with Gibson fisherman superplexing Rollins onto Valentine to break up the hold. Rollins' feet barely cleared the cage roof. Richards subsequently knocked himself out by hitting his head on the ringpost when Salamanca dodged a Meat Skewer attempt. That gave Blast's team a temporary 4-on-3 advantage and they capitalized.
