Lets get to the show...

To open up, a great interview with SMWA World Champion, Hizzoner himself, Mike Haggar. As promised, he would tell the world what his views on the Doomsday situation were. But first, a little explaining needed to be done.

Haggar admitted that, when he threw the open challenge down to the Doomsday Hunters last week for the last Slam Masters, he knew Extinct would have one of his guys take the fall against Doomsday after the match, and knew it would likely be DH jobber Charles Slayer. Haggar's words "I wanted to see how far you would take this thing, Extinct. You had Doomsday beat down your best friend after I beat him...that's pretty damn far." Haggar apologized to Slayer for "setting him up".

Then, Haggar commented on his title match next week vs North American Champion Chad Hillsman. Simply, he told DH that he had something special planned for them after the match. Then he cut the interview off.

Grant Redstone pinned Nord Fullstrom with the Redstone Suplex at 6:41
*1/2

Fullstrom officially joined the "Who's Not" list with a horrible effort vs the steamrolling Redstone. Apart from an early flurry of punches and kicks, Redstone had no trouble with the big Scandinavian.

Next, a new/old team made its debut, as Clone teamed with a repackaged Ron S. Race, now calling himself The Actor, as F-X.

F-X defeated Pain & Agony when The Actor made Nitro submit to the figure-four leglock at 13:18
***

Even now that F-X are not associated with the Deadly Sins, Pain & Agony still can't beat their former stable mates. Tex and Nitro had fun tossing around the smaller Actor for a good portion of the match, but when the swing of a bat misfired, Tex hitting Nitro, Actor had Nitro tapping out to a figure four seconds later. Not a bad debut. Clone's power, Actor's speed and their combined craziness...could be a winner.

Ron Grayson pinned B.L.Z. Bub with the Shooting Star Legdrop at 2:45
-3/4*

Grayson didn't care about this match and looked genuinely pissed off that he was wrestling. He made short work of one half of the Fallen, and then called Andrew Marshall to ringside.

Marshall had fought the other Fallen member, Dark Angel, on SNSM, and Grayson was afraid the SMWA was trying to get the two foes to team one more time. It was at this point Grayson told the SMWA to stick it, and Marshall did likewise. They then set down the rules for the match at Crash Carnival---30 MINUTE IRON MAN!!! And Commisioner McCullough better like it, cause they were going to go thirty minutes anyway.

Considering there has been one complete match between the two in an eight-month feud, an IRON MAN contest seems more than reasonable.

Jerry Kent came to ringside after the commercial, pulled up a chair, and brought out a notepad. Next up...Jack Slade vs Rokuru.

Jack Slade pinned Rokuru with the Spiked DDT at 15:29
**3/4

Rokuru missed a tope early, so all of his moves were fairly sloppy going through the match. Slade really wasn't too hard pressed to beat him...it's just that a sloppy Rokuru is still a great counterwrestler. But the Spiked DDT did him in.

As the match ended, Kent handed Slade the paper he was writing on and left. Slade took the paper to the announce team, and it was revealed to be a REPORT CARD!!! Kent gave Rokuru a B for a good effort, but Slade a C- for "not deserving a win". Slade's response.

"I don't care what a senile old fossil thinks. He probably meant to write an "A", but I didn't see him wearing his glasses, so..."

TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH!!!
The Philadelphia X-Treme Machine (Slash Battle and Crash Burns) deafeated The Dream Team (Peter McKee and Rod EmersoN) when Battle pinned Emerson with a splash at 12:28.
****
(The Philadelphia X-Treme Machine won the SMWA World Tag Team Titles)

GREAT MATCH!!! It started on the outside with a road sign and a tire iron, moved inside the ring with high impact moves galore, and had Peter McKee nailing Crash Burnz with an Irish Bomb THROUGH A TABLE!!! Non-stop action, and every move hurt. Unfortunately, they also hurt referee Chris Ludgate, who was on the wrong end of a Slash Battle lariat. Ludgate missed the Dream Team's pin on Battle following the Dream Killer, and his missed Los Viajeros Dos Mil coming to ringside. As Emerson bounded into the ropes, Los Viajeros tripped him up. As Emerson was distracted, Slash Battle leveled him with a kick and a splash as referee Ludgate came to. 1-2-3...NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!

And Los Viajeros, who had fought to a 20 minute draw with the PXM on SNSM, demanded a rematch...and they will get it.

Doomsday defeated Lovechild by countout at 5:56
*1/4

Lovechild was saved in this match by Alexander "The Grater", who still wants Doomsday...so Lovechild ran away, wanting to continue being safe. Grater didn't even touch Doomsday, though, before West Bronco hit him from behind with a chair, and he and Doomsday did a number on Grater.

If I were West Bronco...well, I wouldn't want to be West Bronco.

SMWA TV Title Match:
Jerry Kent made Da Bounce submit to a headscissors submission at 13:23
-1/2*

Ugh. This match STANK!!! Kent, an great wrestler, decided he had to keep Bounce grounded and locked up and not flying...and that's why this match stank.

The highlight--Jack Slade goes ringside, with a backpack and schoolbooks, and starts throwing paper airplanes in the ring. Kent was upset but Slade, like most students, left as soon as he heard the bell.

Main Event:
King Rasta and Zangief defeated Skarzz and Chad Hillsman by disqualification at 23:58.
****

Zangief and Rasta hate each other, while Skarzz and Hillsman have nothing in common aside from the fact that neither likes Zangief. But it was still a great match, starting with a four way brawl in the aisle. Chairs, tables, Bobby the Monkey's Golden Banana...the match had it all. No finese was allowed, just vicious double teamming. Give referee Al Latimer credit for letting it go...but it went to far

Saul Masters used his whip Indiana Jones style to trip Rasta from the outside. As Chad and Zangief brawled into the stands, Skarzz locked a chokehold onto Rasta and wouldn't let go...for THREE MINUTES. The ref didn't get to call for the bell...Masters KOed him after a few seconds. Skarzz wouldn't break until Highland Hell came to the aid of Rasta. But the damage was done, as Rasta had to be given oxygen and carried off.

In the meantime, Zangief and Skarzz were in the parking lot, and Zangief sent Chad flying through a car window, a piece of glass sticking into Hillman's leg. Chad is hurt bad, and won't be able to wrestle next week...maybe for a while.

So...WHO DOES HAGGAR WRESTLE NEXT WEEK???? WHO GETS A TITLE SHOT????
